The companies has maintained its leadership in concrete technology through innovation and professionalism by striving to continue its program of constant improvement in all aspects of its business. The group now consists of 2 impressive companies, each supplying the ready mixed concrete around Sabah.

Quality concrete is not just important; it's the only thing that works. The EXPO team likes to say that quality works every time and they are committed to doing their part to ensure a quality in-place concrete project with each delivery.
All ingredients are thoroughly tested for their quality and physical properties in well-equipped laboratories of the respective plants. It ensures that each and every batch of concrete coming out of the plant meets the requirements of the clients. The usage of consistent quality cement, compatible admixture, and correct water-cement ratio ensures dense and durable concrete.
EXPO purchases cement, admixtures, and aggregates from trusted sources. The materials are approved only after rigorous testing, which minimises variability in quality and ensures more consistent concrete. Samples of all incoming raw materials are checked by QC personnel.
The quality assurance systems and procedures implemented by EXPO monitors every stage of the entire business process in order to enable the company to achieve the highest targets in quality and consistency, right from the processing of order, purchase, or control of materials and concrete mix design to production, sales, delivery, and control of the concrete. Furthermore, the quality system is periodically reviewed for improvement on a continual basis.
Compressive strength of concrete
Cubes are cast at the plant as well as at the site. Our customers can therefore ascertain that the concrete received at the site has the designed strength.

Workability
Slump is tested immediately after the production and at the time of pour. Required slump is ensured.
